From Tidworth to the Capital...

As part of our curriculum, we have introduced a wide range of Enrichment lessons for our students. Students can select from a variety of exciting activities such as horse riding, radio, cookery, creative writing, gardening and many more.

Our creative writing students have been given a wonderful opportunity to join forces with Wellington College students on one of their projects. Wellington College will have a garden at the Chelsea Flower Show in May, their garden design is called ‘Breaking Ground’ and will include a large messaging wall.

Students were asked to summarise, in no more than 100 words, their response to one or more of the following:

  • What one thing would you like the world to have sorted out during your lifetime?
  • What will you to do make sure the world is a better place to be during your lifetime?
  • Why does education matter?
  • How can an education help change society?
  • What does great education mean to you?
  • How can education help change the world?

Messages will go up on the ‘golden’ wall on the right hand side of the picture.

If you are planning to go to the Chelsea Flower Show, be sure to visit the Wellington College garden and look for messages from our students.
