Inclusion Centre Deputy Manager (From September 2017)

37 hours per week. Salary: £18,376 per annum (UQT 2)

This role will make a huge difference to children that struggle to access learning in a main stream setting, in the role you will be required to assist the Inclusion Centre Manager with the management and delivery of alternative curricula to re-engage disaffected pupils with learning improving pupil outcomes and raising aspiration. You will have a good understanding of the importance of multi-agency working and working closely with Parents/Carers. You will also be able and willing to deliver lessons to small classes of students. Classroom based experience is essential as is the ability and confidence to teach lessons to 11-16 year olds. Experience of working with students with social, emotional and mental health issues and emotional literacy would be advantageous.

Mandarin Enrichment Tutor

12 hours per week, term time only, fixed term contract for Academic Year 2017-2018. £25.00 per session

A Mandarin Enrichment Tutor is required to teach small groups of children who have no prior learning of the Mandarin language as part of our Enrichment curriculum. You should have a desire to make a difference, calm and focused approach, the ability to be flexible, work as part of a team, and a good sense of humour. Ideally you will have previous classroom based experience.
